# Allocation Pools

A fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens are divided into purpose-specific pools; definitive percentages and schedules will be disclosed before issuance.

* **Ecosystem & Grants:** developers, integrations, and tooling that create real, verifiable network usage.
* **Staking & Security:** the incentive budget for committed operators; distributions correspond to capital at risk and verifiable work, never unconditional.
* **Investor & Team:** one consolidated pool under long-term, smart-contract-enforced vesting, accounted separately from network incentives.
* **Foundation & Treasury:** audits, legal compliance, research, growth, and infrastructure, under published budget discipline.
* **Safety & Coverage:** a restricted, rule-based reserve held primarily in stable assets for objectively provable service failures, within published limits; not an insurance product.
* **Liquidity:** orderly markets at launch under disclosed arrangements.
* **Strategic Partnerships:** data sources, ecosystem security partners, and enterprise integrations.
